Commission Regulation (EEC) No 850/86 of 24 March 1986 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on footwear with outer soles of leather or composition leather footwear (other than footwear falling within heading 64.01) with outer soles of rubber or artificial plastic material falling within subheading 64.02 B originating in Thailand to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3599/85 apply.
