Decision No 2/97 of the Association Council between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Bulgaria, of the other part of 7 October 1997 adopting the implementing rules for the application of the competition provisions referred to in Article 64(1)(i), (1)(ii) and (2) of the Europe Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Bulgaria of the other part, and in Article 9(1)(i), (1)(ii) and (2) of Protocol 2 on ECSC products to that Agreement.
