1 Celem długoterminowych warunkowych kredytów refinansujących (ang. Targeted Long-Term Refinancing Operations, TLTRO) ma być pobudzenie akcji kredytowej. W ramach TLTRO, banki komercyjne mogą pozyskać wsparcie płynnościowe na okres do 4 lat, przy czym jego maksymalna wysokość jest uzależniona od wartości udzielonych przez nie kredytów dla niefinansowego sektora prywatnego.
